Pedro somehow managed to follow around Ricky Garard, Gracie Walton, Brandon Luckett AND Emma McQuaid at this year’s CrossFit Games.
Pedro highlighted McQuaid for obvious reasons…mainly because they are both Irish. Oh, and she’s a six-time CrossFit Games veteran.Â
It all starts on Wednesday before the Games in McQuaid’s AirBnb. McQuaid opens up about last year and her injury and her thoughts about the upcoming Games. Sam Briggs is there, too.
Both are excited about the programming and McQuaid says, “We love Castro back.”
Pedro also asks if this is the last year for McQuaid. Her response? “I do believe this will be my last individual Games.”
