Hiller Analyzes Josh Bridges’ TRT Protocol

Last week Josh Bridges addressed the rumors that he is taking steroids, TRT or peptides. It was only a matter of time until Andrew Hiller weighed in (watch the video above).

But before getting into the topic of TRT, Hiller butters you (and Bridges’) up with looking at Bridges’ “Top 6 Movements for Overall Fitness“.

Bridges’ top six movements (in no particular order) are the front squat, deadlift, devil press, pull-up, dip  and dumbbell snatch. Hiller agrees with some…I’ll let you guess which ones…and disagrees with others.

So, Hiller makes up his own list. It is…bench press, chest-to-bar chin-up, thruster, dumbbell lunge, deadlift and running (technically sprinting).
