First thing we learned today (but probably already knew) was that Taylor doesn’t speak Spanish. Taylor and J.R. begin the show by discussing the workouts of the 2024 Beetle Extravaganza in Puerto Rico next weekend (5:30). First place wins $10,000!
Next up is some Rogue Invitational talk (11:32). Dallin Pepper told J.R. that all of the workouts were announced on the Monday of the competition (which is true). But as J.R. then points out, I have already shared there are nine events and the event schedule.
Bill Henniger also shared a post from Westside Barbell in his stories today. In it, Louie Simmons talks about ring push-ups and how great they are for training. That post is below…
J.R. then wonders if Bill and Caity could program anything from the Highland Games (16:46). In my opinion there is absolutely no way they do the Hammer Throw or any type of throwing event in the arena.
