By now you’ve heard that Jon North suffered a heart attack last week and was resuscitated by paramedics while he was with his family at the zoo. He has since gone into surgery to receive a defibrillator implant and is now in the process of recovering.
Travis Mash, one of Jon North’s good friends, wrote a blog post about his conversation with Jon North following his surgery. Mash did not go into specifics of the conversation but the post centered around appreciating the moments we spend with friends, family and loved ones.
Mash also stated that he set up a GoFundMe account to help Jon while he is recovering. With most of his income coming through seminars, content creation and coaching, donations will help North and his family navigate through this until North is back on his feet. Over $2,300 has been donated so far.
