All Six Individual Workouts for TYR Wodapalooza Miami Beach Announced

All six of the elite individual workouts for the 2025 TYR Wodapalooza have been announced. And as reported earlier, three of the six individual workouts are in the Reign Sandbox.

Athletes will take on three workouts on Thursday and three more on Friday. While we don’t have exact times for each event, here is daily breakdown with the workout descriptions:

THURSDAY
