Dubai Fitness Championship Schedule & Workouts

The 2024 Dubai Fitness Championship kicks off this Friday. The field features 30 men and 30 women, including last year’s female champion, Karin Freyova. So far we know there will be nine events…and have some information on five of them.

5k Obstacle Race (Event 4)

5k Obstacle Race

Athletes will take on the same course that is being used for the Dubai World Obstacle Championship that is going on this weekend. The 5k course is a “cross country style race with up to 30 obstacles. The race format and obstacles are similar to the standard course at the OCRWCH 2024 and OCREC 2024.”

The race will be held at the Dubai Design District.
