Emma Lawson and Jack Farlow ran a half-marathon at the Toronto Waterfront Marathon today. The duo took on the 13.1 mile trek just two weeks after participating in HYROX.
Lawson finished in 1:39:50, which is a 7:37/mile pace. Her time was good for 3rd in the Under 19 age group division. She finished 191st among 6,775 women who also ran.
Farlow crossed the finished line 10 minutes ahead of Lawson. Farlow finished in 1:29:23, a 6:49/mile pace. Farlow’s time was 278th among the 7,032 male participants.
At HYROX Toronto, Lawson and Farlow finished in 2nd place in the Mixed Doubles 16-29 year-old age group division. Their finish qualified them to compete in the HYROX World Championships in June 2025.
