Justin Medeiros, Dallin Pepper and Jayson Hopper are teaming up for the 2026 Wodapalooza. The original Boys Interrupted trio will be Team GOWOD in the Elite Teams of 3 division.
Medeiros and Pepper joined forces early, but needed to find a third teammate. You know, because it’s teams of 3.
To find that third teammate, they held tryouts while at The Ranch this past weekend. James Sprague’s tryout didn’t go well and Dave Castro didn’t even get in the door. That basically left Jayson Hopper as their only option.
During the tryout, Hopper joined the two for a worm squat demo. Hopper was totally N’Sync.
They finished with a little math where Hopper crushed it. He even knew π=3.14159!
So there you have it, Team GOWOD is Justin Medeiros, Dallin Pepper and Jayson Hopper.
