No Easy Way Down: Individual Event 1 for 2026 Wodapalooza Released

With Wodapalooza moving to March this year, it means we are just now starting to see some of the events being released. Yesterday, Individual Event 1 was dropped. The interval-style workout is a triple of rowing, wall balls and legless rope climbs.

For Time:

4 Sets of: 3min on, 1min off

40/32 Calorie Row
40 Wallballs (30/20 lbs)
4 Legless Rope Climbs (15 feet)

30/24 Calorie Row
30 Wallballs
3 Legless Rope Climbs

20/16 Calorie Row
20 Wallballs
2 Legless Rope Climbs

10/8 Calorie Row
10 Wallballs
1 Legless Rope Climb


Athletes will start on the 40/32 calorie row and continue working through the movements until the 3-minute mark. They will rest for one minute before starting on their second interval at the 4-minute mark.

Athletes will pick up where they left off from the first interval. So if an athlete was 25 reps into the first 40 wall balls, they will begin on the 26th rep of wall balls when the second interval begins.

They will continue that pattern until they complete the final legless rope climb.
