Ricky Garard was slated to be one of the team captains for Team Rest of World, or what is now being called Team R.O.W. Garard, however, is no longer on the 10-athlete roster. In his place is Dallin Pepper and Jayson Hopper.
The second annual FitFest has changed up the format from three six-person teams last year to a Team Europe vs. Team R.O.W. format in 2024. Each team consists of five men and five women.
Here is the original post announcing Garard as one of the captains from back in July.
The roster change has not yet been shared on Instagram, but via an email to their distribution list. The email did mention the changes to the line-ups.
The “FitFest Invitational” is a two-day competition on December 7-8 at the NEC Birmingham in the United Kingdom.
