Last Friday Wodapalooza announced Individual Workout 1, No Easy Way Down. Today, Workout 2 for elite individuals was released. ‘Press & Impress’ is a good ol’ three-rounder of dumbbell bench press, front rack dumbbell lunges and handstand walking.

3 Round for Time:
15 Dumbbell Bench Press (70/50 lbs)
50ft Front Rack Dumbbell Lunge
100ft Handstand Walk
Time Cap: 8 minutes
The 2026 Wodapalooza is March 12-15, 2026, in Miami Beach, Florida. Elite individuals will compete on Thursday and Friday while the Elite Teams of 3 will take the competition floor over the weekend.
On top of that, the live announcement of 26.3 of the CrossFit Open will be at Wodapalooza. Every division, from elites to teams, will incorporate 26.3 into the competition and there will be a stage for spectators to get their official 26.3 workout in.
