The final week of the 2024 CrossFit Open is upon us. After changes to the line-up as Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr announced she was sitting out of the live announcement, CrossFit added three athletes to join Arielle Loewen in the Open announcement workout. On top of that, Jocko Willink was this week’s guest to reveal 24.3 live from CrossFit PRVN.
