Individual Event 4 is a long chipper. The first individual event Friday morning inside Dickies Arena will feature deadlifts, rope climbs, a SkiErg and GHD Sit-ups. For time.
In a post this afternoon, Dave Castro shared a screen recording as he typed out the details in the Notes app for Individual Event 4. As he typed Castro pulled off an ultimate troll move by typing “50 tri” before stopping and replacing it with 50 GHD Sit-ups.
Earlier this week Andrew Hiller released a video stating that it was rumored that triple-unders had been leaked and that they would be programmed in this year’s competition. Whether or not the rumor is true, that’s still unknown.
But what is known is the long chipper the athletes will face at the 2024 CrossFit Games. Here it is

In total, athletes will end up doing 100 deadlifts, 100 calories on the SkiErg (60 for the women), 100 GHD sit-ups and 25 rope climbs.
No time cap was mentioned, but looking at the schedule, it will be a long one. Individual Event 4 is slated to run over four hours, from 10:20am to 2:30pm. Assuming heats of 10 athletes, this will likely be around a 25-minute time cap.
