Luka Đukić Claims Workout 1 of French Throwdown Qualifier was Leaked

The French Throwdown just announced its first two workouts via a live announcement face-off featuring Jelle Hoste, Victor Hoffer, Lucy McGonigle and Linda Keesman. Workout 1 was based on “Topsy”, a CrossFit Hero WOD.

The problem is that it appears to have been leaked prior to today.

In a story posted by Luka Đukić this afternoon, he shared a screenshot of a DM showing a “rumour” that the workout was a 16-minute AMRAP of ring muscle-ups, thrusters and row.

That DM was allegedly sent on Friday, January 23.

While the “rumoured” workout wasn’t exactly right, it was definitely close enough.

So yeah, basically the same.

Đukić then calls the French Throwdown, Mayhem Athlete and the CrossFit Games a joke and compares this to how some athletes were doing “Chad” to the same standard ahead of the 2024 CrossFit Games.
