For the third week in a row Noah Ohlsen has knocked out the Open workout early and shared the video of his workout. This time, however, Noah wasn’t at his home gym in Miami. Instead, he was in Dubai with Chandler Smith, Will Moorad and a few others for the GOV Games.
After competing in the GOV Games yesterday, Noah and Chandler took on 23.3 at the same time while at the Luna Ladies Gym.Â
Noah ended up completing the workout in exactly 8:00 and currently has the fastest time on the Open leaderboard. Chandler was a bit behind Noah, but the video cut off before Chandler finished. Either way, both are going to have some of the top scores in the world.
