CrossFit Opens Search for New CFO

CrossFit has begun its search to find the company’s next Chief Financial Officer, or CFO. The search was announced by Kyla Pavlina on LinkedIn and amplified by Dave Castro on today’s Week in Review.

The role will replace Dalibor Snyder, who was hired as CrossFit’s CFO in September 2024. Almost two years later and it appears Snyder is exiting the company.

In Pavlina’s post, CrossFit is looking for someone with experience working with private equity, has been involved with global consumer or health/fitness brands and understands CrossFit.

Potential candidates have been asked to reach out to Pavlina.

While it is not known the circumstances behind Snyder’s departure, it does mark the first executive to leave the company since Bruce Edwards was hired as CEO in May.

As we reported back when Synder was hired, he was CFO at four companies prior to joining CrossFit. His longest tenure at any of those companies was two and a half years. He also had experience with financial restructuring, which was hypothesized on why Snyder was brought on back in 2024.
