If you are trying to advance to Regionals out of the Central East region, it just became 5% harder. Mat Fraser and his girlfriend, Sammy Moniz, are officially residents of Cookeville, Tennessee. Moniz shared a photo in front of the couple’s new house yesterday on Instagram, confirming Fraser’s earlier comments that they were looking to relocate to Tennessee.
The move means that Fraser will be competing out of the Central East region during the 2018 CrossFit Open and, if things don’t change with the regional format, the Central Regional.
It looks like Cookeville just solidified its spot as the fittest town in the country!
