A month ago Dallin Pepper, Jayson Hopper, Alexis Raptis and others were in Austin, Texas, in what appeared to be filming for the upcoming CXT-3 Trainer release. Well, that day is officially here. TYR has released its latest iteration in the CXT training shoe line.
According to TYR, the CXT-3 Trainer delivers lighter construction, improved stability and support compared to the CXT-2. In fact, the CXT-3 is 8% lighter and the heel design has been reengineered for more secure lifts and lateral movement.
“With the CXT-3, we set out to build a training shoe that matches the ambition and purpose of today’s athlete,” said Matt DiLorenzo, CEO of TYR Sport. “It’s engineered to support the hard work, focus, and commitment it takes to push through limits and chase long-term goals.”
