On Friday, CrossFit announced changes to the structure of the 2025 CrossFit Games season. From the elimination of Quarterfinals to online Semifinals and the return of “Sanctionals” (although they aren’t calling them Sanctionals for some reason), the Games season is changing once again.
Over the weekend Spin and Tyler hosted a show to outline how the season is structured and answer questions from those watching.
