Last week Taylor said he was done programming workouts that someone could beat him. Well, one week in and that didn’t happen.
The workout for Kill Taylor #26 was a six-minute AMRAP of 15 toes-to-bar and 9 power snatches (115/80 lbs).
Taylor finished six rounds (give or take one toes-to-bar).
After a couple of (decent) efforts, four-time CrossFit Games veteran and 2023 3rd Fittest Woman on Earth, Arielle Loewen showed up thanks to Dillon’s well-timed deuce.Â
From her garage Loewen went unbroken on the T2B through four rounds in combination with quick singles on the snatches. She would end up breaking once on the 5th and 6th rounds of T2B to make it close. But she would hold on and finish 6 rounds plus 6 T2B.
The win earned her (and Dillon) a cool $1,500.
