The NorCal Classic, or should I be more formal – the Northern California Classic, was announced this week as the 10th In-Person Qualifying Event for the 2025 CrossFit Games season. The NCC has been growing in popularity, especially over the past two years, and is now officially part of the CrossFit Games season.
Blair Morrison, who joined THE SPIN after the 2024 NorCal Classic, returned and brought his partner-in-crime, Ben Alderman, with him to discuss the recent news. Blair and Ben shared the backstory on how they became an IPQE, traveling double-unders and why athletes should not sit back and hope for a wildcard invite.
