On Monday, James Sprague revealed that he was in the middle of a nasty bout of pneumonia. Sprague had spent the past 4-5 days on the couch dealing with congestion and a high fever.
At the time, Sprague said he would make a go/no-go decision on the Rogue Invitational on Wednesday.
Well, we caught up with Sprague this morning and he is heading to Scotland. Between home remedies, some antibiotics and hyperbaric therapy, Sprague is ready to go.
So look for the 2024 CrossFit Games champion on the competition floor in Aberdeen next week.
