The hits keep on coming. Just after Austin Hatfield pulled out of the WFP Finals, so too has Jay Crouch.Â
The World Fitness Project just published another press release indicating that one of the signed Pro athletes will not compete next month in Copenhagen. Crouch is foregoing the season finale despite sitting in 6th place in season points and poised to retain his Pro Card for the 2026 WFP season.

However, by not competing, Crouch will drop outside the top 20 in points and will not have Pro Card next year.
Crouch is now the 5th male athlete who won’t compete at the WFP Finals. Crouch joins Austin Hatfield, Jayson Hopper, Victor Hoffer and Sam Kwant. Hoffer and Kwant are injured, while Crouch, Hatfield and Hopper are electing to not compete after a busy 2025 year of competition.
In total, nine of the 40 signed Pro athletes will not be in attendance at the WFP Finals.
As for Crouch’s replacement, Troy Clay has accepted the backfill invite to compete at the WFP Finals. Clay is ranked 35th in season points with 345. Clay competed at both Tour Stops this season, finishing 16th in the Challenger division in Indianapolis. He followed that up with a 17th place finish, once again in the Challenger division, in Mesa.

Should another athlete drop out, Miko Lilleorg is next in line for a backfill invite. Lilleorg only competed at WFP Tour Stop 2 in Mesa where he placed 27th in the Pro division.
The WFP Finals are December 18-21 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The top 20 men and women will earn (or retain) a Pro Card for the 2026 WFP season.
