The 2025 TYR Wodapalooza Miami Beach kicks off in just 10 days and the first workouts were just released over the weekend. One workout for the individuals, Cortadito 2.0, and one for the teams, Race to the Top.

Last year everyone was looking forward to Cortadito, a nasty two-part couplet featuring parallel bar dips and hang power cleans followed by shoulder-to-overhead and bar muscle-ups. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see it play out as written due to the weather.
