2025 CrossFit Everyday Hero Service Cup Begins Today

The 2025 CrossFit Everyday Hero Service Cup officially begins this afternoon. This first phase, an online competition, gives an opportunity for eligible service members to complete four workouts in an attempt to qualify for the in-person finals later this year.

Athletes competing have until Monday, September 22 at 5pm Pacific Time to submit their scores for all four workouts. The first place finishers from each of the following divisions will advance to the in-person CrossFit Everyday Hero Service Games this November:

– Active and Retired Military
– Active and Retired Medical
– Active and Retired Firefighter
– Active and Retired Educator
– Active and Retired Law Enforcement

In addition, there are two additional divisions that can take part in this first phase, but are not eligible to move to the finals. CrossFit Professionals and Service Supporter divisions can compete, but in a “supportive capacity”.

CrossFit Everyday Hero Service Games will be on November 15 at CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, Tennessee.

HOW TO REGISTER

To register, athletes can sign up on the CrossFit Games website. The cost is $10 to compete, but there are options to add on a t-shirt for a total cost of $45. All options include a 3-month subscription to Mayhem Athlete programming.
