Adaptive Competition Eligibility Forms for 2023 CrossFit Games Season Released

Two weeks after the 2023 CrossFit Games rulebook was published, CrossFit has released the new Adaptive Competition Eligibility Forms, or ACEF for short. The form must be completed by all athletes looking to compete in an adaptive division for the 2023 CrossFit Games season.

The ACEF must be completed by an athlete to receive a formal classification in one of the adaptive divisions. To complete the ACEF, an athlete will be required to submit all data, records and video links for CrossFit to confirm an athlete’s classification within an adaptive division.

While the 2023 CrossFit Open begins February 16, 2023, the deadline to submit an ACEF is March 6, 2023, the last day of the Open. CrossFit will complete its classification rulings four days later by March 10.

Since the Adaptive Athlete Policy (AAP) was published on November 15, CrossFit has been updating it to include links to medical testing forms required for the ACEF.

For adaptive athletes looking to compete in 2023, head over to the most recent announcement by CrossFit to get all of the forms, checklists and link to complete the ACEF.
