During Regionals this past year, Dave Castro hinted that there might be changes to the 2018 CrossFit Games season. Well, it appears we will get more details tonight as Castro will be sharing what those changes will be during the Cool-Down show after the CrossFit Invitational tonight.
The CrossFit Invitational will be live streamed tonight at 1am Eastern / 10pm Pacific with the Cool-Down show following the two-hour competition in Australia.
The announcement tonight will include regional changes and changes to the season. Castro concludes, “It will be good.”
