Three More Athletes Receive Sanctions for “Judge Misrepresentation”

CrossFit has issued three more sanctions coming off the Age Group Online Semifinals. All three sanctions stem from the same gym for “judge misrepresentation”. Jody Bullard, Stacy Boaz and Sara Taveras all received two year sanctions as a result.

If the name Jody Bullard sounds familiar, it is because Andrew Hiller highlighted that the woman in the video was not Doris Caligiure back on May 12. The woman was apparently Sara Taveras.

Now, a month later CrossFit has formally announced the trio has received two year sanctions from May 7, 2026, to May 7, 2028. Caligiure, who was misrepresented, did not receive a sanction as she was likely unaware of what happened.

Head Judge in Dani Camacho Sanction

CrossFit also identified the head judge in the Dani Camacho sanction we reported on last week. Pablo Cazaliz was named as the head judge along with the athlete, Nerea Arregi. All three have received two-year sanctions from CrossFit.

Falsifying Birthdates

We also received more information on one of the minors who falsified their age while competing in the 2026 CrossFit Open. Thiago Presbiteris, who appears to be from Brazil, is the father of the minor who falsified a birthdate. As such, Thiago has also received a one-year sanction that runs until January 14, 2027.

Another Edited Video

And finally, Felipe Cabral will serve a four-year sanction for submitting an edited video during the Age Group Semifinals. Cabral’s profile on the CrossFit Games website has since been deactivated.

Regardless, his sanction will run from May 7, 2026, through May 7, 2030.

In total, CrossFit has handed out sanctions to 11 individuals this year. Six have been for  judge misrepresentation. Three have been for video editing and two were for falsifying a birthdate. Zero sanctions have been handed out for violating the drug policy.
