20.5 of the 2020 CrossFit Open is like no other Open workout before. Instead of an AMRAP or for time workout that requires you to do the work in a specified order, the final workout of this year’s Open allows you to partition the work any way you wan to.

So if you want to start with 40 ring muscle-ups, 80 calories on the rower and 120 wall balls in order…go for it! If you want to do 40 rounds of 1, 2 & 3 reps, respectively…it’s your choice.
