Is Justin Medeiros Parting Ways with NOBULL for R.A.D.?

Justin Medeiros wore NOBULL shoes when he won the CrossFit Games in 2021 and 2022. He and other notable names in the CrossFit space like Tia-Clair Toomey, Katrin Davidsdottir, Mal O’Brien and Emma Lawson were the face of NOBULL for years. However, as NOBULL shift away from CrossFit in recent years, Medeiros has been one of the few remaining sponsored athletes.

But could that be changing?

In the last several days Medeiros can be seen wearing what appears to be the R.A.D. One V2 3X White shoes.

In Workout Wednesday Ep. 21, published on April 23, you can see he is wearing something different than NOBULL. When zooming in, you can clearly see the R.A.D. wave-like outsole wrap and the loop on the heel.

Then yesterday, Brent Fikowski shared a reel highlighting some training he did with Medeiros while at Medeiros’ garage gym. Again, at the end of the clip you can see Medeiros is not wearing NOBULL.

This time the stripe on the heel, the loop and the heel clip all resemble the latest R.A.D. shoes.

A look at Medeiros’ Instagram still shows a link to @nobull along with his Linktree account.

Medeiros is also still listed on NOBULL’s page of sponsored athletes.

Do these recent videos signify the two-time CrossFit Games champion and NOBULL are parting ways? It sure looks that way.

Keep an eye out for Medeiros on the competition floor at Tour Event 1 of the World Fitness Project next weekend. Maybe he will officially debut his new kicks in the new fitness league.

If he does end up joining R.A.D., he will be alongside other R.A.D.-sponsored athletes such Danielle Brandon, Noah Ohlsen and Trista Smith.
