A little over a year ago, Miranda (Oldroyd) Chivers gave birth to her and Julian Alcaraz’s son, Knox. Alcaraz declined his individual invite to compete at the CrossFit Games to make sure he was there for Miranda during the birth.
On Sunday, August 19, the couple got married on a secluded beach with only Knox, Miranda’s mom to help out and Jen Cadmus to perform the ceremony. As Miranda said, “There were no guests. No caterers, or invitations. No seating charts or toasts. Just us.”
