Two weeks ago I reported that the CrossFit Athlete Council was “quietly” holding a vote for new members. At the time, CrossFit had not made a public statement about the vote so there were many questions surrounding the situation.
Since then, we have learned more information about what was happening. The vote was to replace Taylor Self who was removed from the CAC following his sanction for using a banned substance.Â
And after the votes were tallied, Seth Page was elected to the Affiliate/Team committee of the CAC. Page holds a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer certification and has over a decade of programming and coaching experience. Page and his wife also own multiple CrossFit affiliates in Hawaii and Arizona.
