WFP Partners Up with Navy SEAL Foundation for Project 1 Workout

The World Fitness Project in collaboration with the Navy SEAL Foundation will be hosting a community event on Saturday, Nov. 22 at Lifeguard Station 4C on Coronado Beach, Calif. Start time for the first heat of participants will be 9:00am PST. The event will consist of the WFP’s Project 1 workout, registration is free and can be accessed on www.competitioncorner.net.

The workout, held on the world-renowned beach that every Navy SEAL has trained on, is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the Navy SEAL Foundation. The Foundation is committed to supporting the warriors and families of Naval Special Warfare (NSW), and the WFP are honored to contribute to their mission.

 The Navy SEAL Foundation

Founded in 2000, the NSF is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit that supports active duty and veteran members of the NSW community and their families. They stand at the forefront of crucial care for them through more than thirty comprehensive programs organized under five pillars—Strength, Resilience, Health, Education, and Community. They are here to keep our warriors in the fight. They are here to assist them in transitioning to the civilian sector. They are here to help their families every step of the way. And under the tragic circumstances of a service member not returning home, they are here as well.
