Sure, the event took place last month, but the first of a three-part television series of the Tough Mudder X is on CBS Sports this Saturday, July 14. At 1:00pm Eastern Time, watch some of the top CrossFitters including Jacob Heppner, Patrick Vellner, Sam Dancer, Emily Abbott, Margaux Alvarez and Brooke Ence take on the best in the OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) world!
Tomorrow’s episode will focus on the qualifying rounds. The semi-finals will air next Saturday, July 21 at 1:00pm Eastern, and the finals on July 28 at 1:00pm Eastern. Yes, the athletes who advanced had to completed the one-mile course with 10 OCR obstacles and 10 functional fitness workout zones.
