Mal O’Brien and Jeff Adler are the 2023 CrossFit Open champions. After three weeks and four scored events, O’Brien and Adler are atop the Open leaderboard with consistent scores each week. Both Mal and Jeff’s worst finish throughout was the 1RM thruster workout (23.2B) where Mal finished 107th in the world and Jeff took 60th.
But for those who say the Open doesn’t matter, there was some prize money up for grabs and each will walk away with $15,000 for the Open victory.
