How to Qualify for 2026 Magic City Games

The Magic City Games is new to the 2026 CrossFit Games season. But unlike most Semifinals in 2026, the Magic City Games is only hosting Masters athletes when it comes to qualifying athletes to the CrossFit Games.

With that, here is everything you need to know about the 2026 Magic City Games Semifinal.

Masters 35–39: 42 Men / 42 Women
Masters 40–44: 42 Men / 42 Women
Masters 45–49: 28 Men / 28 Women
Masters 50–54: 28 Men / 28 Women
Masters 55–59: 28 Men / 28 Women
Masters 60–64: 14 Men / 14 Women
Masters 65–69: 7 Men / 7 Women
Masters 70+: 7 Men / 7 Women

Qualifying Spots:
Masters 35–39: 3 Men / 3 Women

How to Qualify?

Quarterfinals. Top athletes worldwide in the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals for each age group will receive an invite. Athletes will have 48 hours to accept or decline their invite. Backfill invites will occur until each age group division is filled.

Additional Requirements

CrossFit Open. Athletes must finish in the top 25% worldwide in their age group in the 2026 CrossFit Open.

CrossFit Quarterfinals. Athletes must qualify for Age Group Semifinals to be eligible. The top 400 Masters athletes in the 35-54 division and top 300 in the 55+ divisions will advance to the Semifinals stage.
