A week after taking second place at the 2024 Rogue Invitational, Laura Horvath traveled back to her home country of Hungary to compete in the Hungary National Weightlifting Championships.
Horvath would go 6-for-6 on her route to a gold medal in the 76kg weight category.
She snatched 84-87-90 and followed that up with three successful clean and jerks at 104-108-112.
All six lifts looked effortless on her way to another championship in Hungary. Last year Horvath won the same weight category, but finished with a 215kg total. This year, however, Horvath did not need to push the weights to stand atop the podium once again.
